Of course there is! But allow me to say that it would be such a pity to visit our city just for a w/e and to stay shut away in an indoor climbing gym instead of taking advantage of the opportunity to take a walk and have a drink somewhere near Acropolis.
Anyway, it is certainly your choice, so in case you really need to practice, here U R:
1. "EOS ATHINON"
73, Pireos Str. - Koumoundourou Sq., inside ICOMOS Building (International Council of Monuments and Sites)
It is a rather small gym, with walls up to 4m
Open from 19:00 to 22:00
7 Euro per visit
No telephone number available
2. "HELLENIC ALPINE CLUB ACHARNON"
126, Filadelfias Str. - Aharnes
This one is quite larger actually, with walls up to 12m
Open from 17:30 to 22:00
15 euros per visit

3. There is a third one as well (Aliyannis', at Pallini), but apart from the fact that I haven't got any phone number or address details, it is really far away from your conference center and it would be quite impossible to get there in a decent hour in the same afternoon.

Yes, each single visit to the gym is very expensive. The same applies to the other gym in Pallini. This is why they want to prevent such kind of occasional use. But the fee for a month with unlimited use is about 50 Euros. And if you pay for three months, you get a better price. How much is the fee for a month in Belgium?
Please note that, from a climber's point of view, Athens is blessed. The sunny days are more than 300 per year, the weather is not very cold, we have only a few days with rain and many climbing fields around the city offer us hundreds of routes. This is the reason you will not find many climbers in the gyms and this leads to small and expensive gyms.
