The first ascent of the route “Vasilopoulou” (IV+, 850m) was realized in 1959 by St. Vasilopoulos - L. Leontiadis - M. Paraskevaidis.
This is one of the oldest routes in Varasova.
The line is located in the “Firefly” section and starts between the “Gollum” and “Dream of exemption” routes. The start of the route is located above the springs of the stream.
For repeating the route, a full set of nuts, some cams and slings are required.
The return after its completion is done by rappelling from the “Tower” route or from the “Kalidonische pfeiler”.
