The first ascent of the route “Spears of ice” (WI5+ M6+, 95m) was realized on 28/1/2017 by G. Torelli - V. Mavropoulos.
The line moves to the right side of the icefall Gkremistos and has common belay stations with “Vertigo”.
Useful gear in order to climb the route consists of nuts, friends and 5 ice screws. All belay stations are equipped with bolts.
The return is possible by abseiling back down the route.
