The first ascent of the route “Athanasiadi - Voutyropoulou” (60° (80°), 500m) was realized on 17/1/2003 by P. Athanasiadis - G. Voutyropoulos in 13h, while the total time of their effort, including approaching the route and returning back to Vrysohori village, was 26h.
The line follows the left one of the two snowy ramps hedging the northern face of Goura. The main characteristics of “Athanasiadi - Voutyropoulou”, such as the average angle of the route, which is about 60°, the numerous vertical parts, some of them up to 80°, and the snow which on the less vertical parts becomes really loose, make the route particularly challenging.
K. Gabriel - A. Asimakopoulos were the first to repeat the route on 1-2/3/2003.
